House of Poke Opens in Gypsum

House of Poke was founded by Elua Woolsey of Maui, Hawaii. Inspired by his Hawaiian heritage, the new restaurant offers custom poke bowls. Customers have the option to build their very own poke bowls by choosing from a variety of proteins and toppings all beautifully situated on a bed of rice. Each bowl offers a well-balanced meal, full of nutrients to energize your body. Eat intuitively at House of Poke! 

In addition to our super-duper-healthy bowls, we offer hot sandwiches. Check out our steak or fish sandwich, both come with fries. House of Poke is family friendly with something for everyone to enjoy. LETS EAT!
